Buyers
QoE workspace pricing.
Single deal
$999
One-time payment. QoE workspace unlocked for the lifetime of the deal. Refundable in full within 7 days if you have not yet uploaded data; non-refundable thereafter.
Annual
$2,999/yr
Unlimited QoE workspaces for one year. Best for buyers evaluating multiple deals. Auto-renews; cancel anytime.
Buyers run the full deal-coordination workflow on Evenhand for free — drafting and submitting offers, seeing where they rank on the seller's matrix, working the closing checklist alongside the broker and seller, messaging both sides in-thread, and tracking financing readiness through to close. Only the QoE workspace is paid: the financial QoE engine plus the seven expanded diligence categories, unlocked at the moment exclusivity is granted (broker-led deals) or when the seller joins your engagement (buyer-initiated QoE Engagements). For brokers and sellers, the win is concrete: closing conditions get checked off in the same workspace where you saw the offer come in, instead of disappearing into email threads. The buyer is in the deal, not adjacent to it.
Buyer acquisition pipeline
Track your search.
Free
A pipeline tracker for every business you're evaluating and a lightweight relationship record for every broker, lender, and seller in your search. Four ways for entries to land: a browser extension that captures listings, a per-buyer inbound email address, broker invitations, and manual entry. Your data stays with you — never resold, never used to train models.
Service providers (CPAs, attorneys, bankers, lenders)
Per-deal, invite-only.
Free · invite-only
Service providers join Evenhand by invitation from the engaging party — the broker, the buyer, or the seller. There is no self-serve signup. Access is scoped to the deal they were invited to, with surface-level grants the inviting party controls.
Frequently asked.
- Do buyers and sellers pay?
- Buyers pay only when they want QoE access (see above). Sellers pay nothing — they participate via broker invitation or buyer invitation into a QoE Engagement.
- Can I switch tiers?
- Yes — via the billing portal for brokerages, or the buyer billing settings for buyers on the annual plan.
- What's your refund policy on single-deal QoE?
- Within 7 days of purchase, full refund through the buyer billing settings page if you have not yet uploaded any QoE data. Once you've uploaded data, the purchase is non-refundable. Annual subscriptions follow Stripe's standard cancellation: cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
